It was really eye opening to see how the world is affected by us and how we do things, such as litter, drive our gas-filled cars, and how we just keep buying plastic reusable bags and then throwing them out instead of REUSING them, like we should. Anyways Wendy St. John was very passionate about this subject which made it more easier to learn about and focus on for lecture. Wendy St. John was an amazing teacher, she was able to make the class really entertaining, especially for a lecture class. People were always able to interject their thoughts about what was being said and would be greeted with a well thought out answer. This class was made simple by how thorough she was and her homework assignments really reinforced what happened in class. I would love to have this teacher in the future.

Sonoma State and the Biology department are so lucky to have Wendy St. John on their bill. She is so full of zest for not only Biology, but for life! And it is so infectious! More often than not did I find myself cracking up at Wendy’s loony demeanor and I wish more people could be like this! The way she displays the information is very effective and her enthusiasm and humor make me enjoy learning the material. Give this lady a raise or something because she is amazing!!
